for KMT TrimPro / FANUC HandlingPro Offline Programming (5 Days)
This training course provides the detailed instruction and procedures necessary for the participant to utilize the FANUC HandlingPro offline robot programming package. The course overview is as follows:
- Create workcells with a robot, a fixture, a part, and end-of-arm tooling.
- Perform a reach study on virtual workcell.
- Teach a user frame in virtual workcell.
- Load files from real robot into virtual workcell
- Create offline teach pendant programs manually
- Create offline teach pendant programs utilizing CAD-to-path (automatic path generation).
- Transfer offline programs to robot.
- Perform a cycle time analysis of offline programs
- Make a video of your offline programs
- Calibrate the virtual workcell with the real workcell
- Transfer the offline programs to the real robot and run programs on real robot.

Students are required to take the KMT
Teach Pendant Programming Class or have equivalent
experience prior to attending this class.
Students are required to bring to class:
- A PC with HandlingPro loaded on it. This PC should have the following configuration:
- Windows 2000 Professional or Windows XP Professional
- 2.4 Ghz Pentium IV or equivalent CPU
- 1 GB RAM
- 1 GB free hard disk space
- 64 MB hardware supported Open GL video card with 1600 x1200 video resolution and 24-bit colors depth
- Ethernet card
- 32x CD-ROM
- An external two-button mouse
- An external power supply.

lab sessions is flexible.
