Training for System Calibration Tools (3 Days)

This training course provides the detailed instruction and procedures necessary for the participant to implement and maintain the KMT/FANUC System Calibration Tools.  The course overview is as follows:

  • Payload Setting
  • Define a tool center point with TCPCal
  • Maintain / recover tool center point with TCPCal
  • Review of user frames
  • Setup and usage of CellCal
  • Using RobotCal to perform single-axis mastering
Prerequisite: Students are required to take the KMT Teach Pendant Programming Class or have equivalent experience prior to attending this class.


Note: After each instruction session there will be hands-on labs; the time allotted for the lab sessions is flexible.
