• Set-up and configure robot I/O
• Troubleshoot the robot and controller using error codes, LEDs, and diagnostic procedures in the technical manual.
• Remove and replace controller parts.
• Set-up and install the controller.
• Load software to the extent required for maintenance purposes.
• Master the robot.
• Recommended safety procedures.

In addition to presentations and demos the course offers a series of lab exercises for the student to complete. Lab exercises relate directly to the classroom and are intended to reinforce what the student has learned through hands-on activities. Upon successful completion of the course the student can troubleshoot errors, and maintain the robot and controller using the available documentation and recommended tools and test equipment.

Note: After each instruction session there will be hands-on labs; the time allotted for the lab sessions is flexible.
