Training for Accuracy Enhancement Tools (3 Days)

This training course provides the detailed instruction and procedures necessary for the participant to implement and maintain the KMT/Fanuc Accuracy Enhancement Tools.  The course overview is as follows:

  • Payload Accuracy
  • Define a Tool Center Point with CalMate
  • Setup and usage of TCPMate
  • Review of User Frames
  • Setup and usage of Cell Finder
  • Using CalMate to recover mastering
Prerequisite: Students are required to take the KMT Teach Pendant Programming Class or have equivalent experience prior to attending this class.


Note: After each instruction session there will be hands-on labs; the time allotted for the lab sessions is flexible.
